SHIPPING POLICY
A flat fee of $19.95 will be charged for delivery within metro Australia.
If you do not receive your order within 7 working days of your dispatch email, please email support@withcompassiontrinity.com.au so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Please be aware that domestic freight congestion can sometimes be the cause for slow arrival of goods and once a product is shipped, arrival times may vary.
RETURNS POLICY
With Compassion, Trinity values your satisfaction and aims to provide you with an easeful and satisfying experience. We understand that, on occasion, you may need to return your purchase so please read the following information if this happens:
Please begin the request within 48hours of receiving your product by contacting support@withcompassiontrinity.com.au. If we cannot resolve the issue and your return request is accepted, please send your item to:

Refunds will only be made once the product has been received in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be made to the card used for the original purchase.
Great care is taken with packaging our giftboxes. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You are never a bother and can always contact us for any return question at support@withcompassiontrinity.com.au.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Please notify us within 24 hours if you wish to change or cancel your order. Please also note that we are always on the look out for beautiful products so the contents of our boxes are always changing. If there is something in particular you would like in the box, reach out at support@withcompassiontrinity.com.au and we will do our best to accommodate.
