When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through www.thehealinghaus.com.au, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, the gift recipient’s shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers and AfterPay), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

We also collect the gift recipient’s Personal Information provided on the questionnaire you may complete.

HOW DO WE USE ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the order information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the website (including processing your payment information, selecting products to suit the recipient, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).

Additionally, we may use this Order Information to:

  • Communicate with you

  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information relating to our products.

HOW DO WE STORE PERSONAL AND ORDER INFORMATION?

All digitally obtained Personal and Order Information will be stored in a password protected spreadsheet available only to The Healing Haus team. 

Any hard copy Personal and Order Information pertaining to the buyer and/or recipient will be stored in a locked cabinet. Information can be destroyed at the buyer’s or recipients request in writing to support@withcompassiontrinity.com.au

SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal Information will not be shared with anyone other than The Healing Haus Director and Artistic Director.

If required, we may need to share Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
